During the tour, you will have the opportunity to visit the vineyard, we will show you the traditional vine growing technique in Valpolicella: the Pergola Veronese. We will tell you about our territory, the land, the climate and the grapes we produce. Subsequently, we will visit the fruit cellar, where the grapes carry out the traditional technique of Appassimento in plotò, fundamental in the production of Amarone. Then we will welcome you to the cellar, Paolo's kingdom, where the magic happens and the must is transformed into wine. Finally we will visit the cellar, a place where the wine rests and ages in barriques for a long time. At the end of the visit you will be able to access the tasting room where we will taste and discover our wines.
