During your visit, you will have the opportunity to taste our most representative wines: Valpolicella Classico Doc and Ripasso della Valpolicella Classico Superiore Doc. These authentic expressions of Valpolicella will guide you through a sensory journey like no other.

We are pleased to welcome the renowned Salumificio Girelli, that will delight your palate with Verona’s Specialties as Cotechino with Pearà and a rich local cold cuts and cheeses platter.

But there’s more: the journey will also include a guided tour of the winery, where you’ll dicover the secrets of our winemaking process and be captivated by the art of Irgen Dilo, whose masterpieces will be on display in our magical barrel room.

Here's a little insider tip: between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm, make sure to book directly with us for a plate of Amarone risotto enriched with crispy guanciale.. an explosion of flavors that will captivate you from the first bite!
